1 Delivery is between 24 to 48 working hours for lagos delivery.

Outside lagos delivery takes 3 to 4 working days after order is sent out (kindly note that we only use GIG logistics for outside lagos orders. If there is any reason you will want us to use another options kindly notify the admins before proceeding with your order)

2. Goods correctly delivered in good condition cannot be returned
3 Every parcel must be opened and inspected at the point of delivery. (Faulty parcels must be rejected if it is not in a good condition. We will not be liable for any parcel that was received and not rejected)
4 For complaints on orders involving return and exchange, kindly send a message attached with clear pictures of the order. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Complaints received after the stipulated time frame will not be acknowledged.
