You are legible for refunds only if payment has already been made for an item that is not available or out of stock.

You are not eligible for a refund after paying for a product. You can only do an exchange if the product has not been dispatched.

Refunds are done within 72 working hours (ie 3 working days). The sum of N150 will be deducted from every refund for stamp duty, bank charges, and refund charges.

Products already dispatched cannot be refunded. We engage the services of an external logistics company. Hence, we cannot control their activities.
